Our lawful basis for collecting this is "Consent", which means we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
We only collect what you choose to give us, and it is only used to respond to your query or complaint.
How long we keep information
Your name and contact details - For a maximum of one month pending the conclusion of your query or complaint, or until you request us to delete it, whichever is sooner.
Should we cease operation, all data will be deleted.
Who we share information with
We only share your information a data processor, Google, where it is kept within our email account.
